Job Description
To alter the existing three-storey semi-detached dwelling (for a total of three dwelling units) by constructing a rear one-storey addition with a rear ground floor deck, and a rear second storey deck above the one-storey addition. Also, the existing rear third storey deck will be maintained and unaltered.
