Job Description
To construct a new three-storey, two-unit, detached dwelling with a front porch, a rear ground floor deck, a rear second storey balcony, as well as front and rear third storey balconies. Also, to construct a two-storey detached ancillary building (laneway suite) in the rear yard of the property (abutting the laneway), with a rear second storey balcony. The existing two-and-one-half-storey detached dwelling will be demolished.
