Please have a look at the attached information and give me a call. I'm looking to do a renovation during late summer of 2023. This property has an unused bomb shelter that was constructed in the 1950s. The previous owner of the house decommissioned the bomb shelter and filled it with building rubble.
The scope of work for this renovation will be the following:
- Excavate the bomb shelter and remove the current patio. Construct a new concrete roof on the bomb shelter that will become the new patio floor.
- Waterproof the walls of the rehabilitated underground structure
- Construct concrete stairs as a walk out from the expanded basement / rehabilitated bomb shelter.
- Construct a new garage as shown
- Construct a new driveway
- Construct new fencing
- Rebuild the retaining wall in the front of the house
