Job Description

Hi there,

Feel free to pass these on to interested GCs, noting the following:

1. All quotes, including all terms, schedule constraints, and any assumptions or exclusions are to be submitted directly to ........ @gmail.com by Thursday, December 14th at 5pm.

2. Quotes should include the full construction scope; the owners are not interested in coordinating multiple contractors on the site.

3. Interested GCs are permitted to coordinate a visit to see the existing conditions this Friday after 3pm or Saturday morning.

4. The owners hope to have this completed by next summer, ideally May. The site will be available as soon as the building permit has been issued (submission is imminent)

Any requests for clarification/RFIs should be sent ASAP to the email above.
