Job Description
To alter the existing two-and-one-half-storey detached dwelling (triplex) by constructing a partial rear one-storey addition, rear additions on the second and third storeys, a front third storey addition, and a rear third storey rooftop deck. There will be a total of three residential dwelling units within this building (two units occupying the first storey and one unit occupying the second and third storeys)
